ULEZ

As you probably know, ULEZ is already operational within the Congestion Zone but Sadiq Khan is proposing to extend the charges to everywhere between the North and South Circular from 2021 and our very own Clyde Loakes has asked that the WHOLE of the borough of Waltham Forest be covered by the charges.
