This image shows an artist's impression of how buses, cars, bikes, pedestrians can all be safely accommodated to create an efficient and enjoyable streetscape for everyone.
However this requires an extremely wide road the like of which does not exist in Waltham Forest. Attempts to impose this kind of vision on narrow roads is doomed to failure.
