Waltham Forest's Mini Holland programme continues to steal space from pedestrians to create cycle paths. This leaves walkers with a space that is below the Council's own Access Guidelines' minimum width of 1.5m. There is no room for people with buggies, people holding children's hands, people with mobility aids, loving couples etc etc. Single file only and watch out for the bikes. Enjoy Walking?? Don't make us laugh!
