The Police two weeks ago were called to Mission Grove area; several officers in a van. They left their van the other side of barrier on Buxton Road and walked. Why? probably because they could not get to destination quick enough in the van. My daughter and I on a rainy day were walking along Hoe Street heads down and walked straight in front of a turning car going to Hatherley Road. We were unaware we had walked in a road; the pavement never changed. Before we would have encountered a pavement edge and stopped. I see no benefit to these expensive changes just misery.

On Friday 21st of April at 5pm an ambulance was attending my neighbour in Melford Road, the paramedics dealt with a serious illness and my neighbour was taken away by blue light. The ambulance headed up Northcote Road and found two barriers impeding their route to hospital. I then witnessed the ambulance coming back down Warner Road which thankfully has no barriers and the ambulance took a longer route to Whipps X than is necessary as exits also are blocked onto Forest Road.
